A 20" x 20"" square acrylic painting titled "Diagonal Influences", original, colorful and one of a kind painted in the New Mexico studio of contemporary artist Thomas Hill. This painting is heavily textured with fluid acrylics; the texture at interplay using beautiful colors of red, green, blue and yellow, both muted and vibrant hues, both matte and gloss tones. It is unusual, striking and beautiful all at the same time.
The artwork is an abstract painting featuring a central, circular form with a textured surface. This form is predominantly green with splashes of various colors including red, yellow, and black, creating a dynamic, somewhat explosive effect. The colorful circular shape is set against a background with cool tones, predominantly blues and greens, with brushstrokes that suggest movement outward from the central form, reinforcing the impression of energy emanating from the center. The clever use of color contrast and texture gives the painting a vivid and intense feel.
It is hand-signed and dated both on the front and the back. High quality acrylic paints used on a 7/8" gallery wrapped quality 10 ounce thick cotton duck canvas. Stretched on a strong wooden frame, this gallery wrapped canvas is splined and stapled on the back and painted on all sides to reveal a wraparound painting that requires no additional framing.
It is ready to hang unframed and comes with all hanging hardware attached. This archival painting will last for decades to come.
This would make a perfect gift for your home, business or for that special someone.
