Abstract Green Orb Painting, Original Acrylic Canvas Art, 20x20 Contemporary New Mexico Artwork by Thomas Hill

A bold original abstract painting for collectors who love contemporary color, organic forms, and expressive modern artwork. This one-of-a-kind 20 x 20 inch acrylic painting on canvas features layered greens, yellow, orange, red, and earthy tones forming an atmospheric orb-like composition with rich surface movement and depth.
Created by contemporary New Mexico artist Thomas Hill, the painting combines energetic color, texture, and gestural mark-making in a compact square format that works beautifully in a living room, dining area, breakfast nook, office, bedroom, or contemporary art collection.
The luminous green central form appears to shift between something natural, planetary, cellular, and completely abstract, allowing the viewer to bring their own interpretation to the piece.

This is an opportunity to own an original work of contemporary art by Thomas Hill of New Mexico.

The artwork is a colorful abstract painting dominated by a circular form that takes up most of the canvas, reminiscent of a globe or a circular motion. The circle is rendered in a mix of bright greens, pinks, and purples, with highlights of yellow and white creating a sense of dimension and vitality. These colors are smeared, overlapped, and intertwined, creating an effect of depth and movement. The background is a warm orange and yellow wash that frames the central circular motif. Visible texture and scratches suggest a dynamic, perhaps even aggressive application of materials. This gives the piece an energetic and organic feel, as if it is capturing a brief, vibrant moment in time.

It is hand-signed and dated both on the front and the back. High quality acrylic paints used on a 1 1/2" deep gallery wrapped quality 10 ounce thick cotton duck canvas. Stretched on a strong wooden frame, this gallery wrapped canvas is splined and stapled on the back and painted on all sides to reveal a wraparound painting that requires no additional framing.

It is ready to hang unframed and comes with all hanging hardware attached. This archival painting will last for decades to come.

This would make a perfect gift for your home, business or for that special someone.
