Southwestern Ouroboros Mug, Zia Sun Desert Coffee Cup, 11 oz 15 oz Ceramic
$15.78+
A dramatic Southwestern desert mug featuring a vivid blue ouroboros serpent encircling a radiant Zia-inspired sun symbol, surrounded by glowing mesas, adobe architecture, desert plants, and richly detailed geometric ornament.
The ouroboros — the ancient symbol of a serpent consuming its own tail — represents cycles, renewal, continuity, and transformation. Here it is combined with the visual language and colors of the American Southwest for an unusual piece of functional art that goes well beyond the typical New Mexico souvenir mug.
The panoramic artwork is designed to take advantage of the full mug surface, with brilliant turquoise blues, warm sunset golds, dimensional scales, glowing light, and detailed desert scenery that continues around the cup.
Available Sizes

15 oz ceramic mug
Great for:

New Mexico enthusiasts
Desert and Western decor
Unique coffee mug collectors
Mythology and symbolic art gifts
Artists, travelers, and Southwest lovers
The design works especially well for anyone looking for something more distinctive than a standard landscape or souvenir mug — combining symbolism, desert imagery, and contemporary fantasy artwork in one panoramic composition.
