The artwork is a black and white illustration filled with various intricate and fantastical elements. On the upper left, a grid-like hand releases a multitude of cards and raindrops. A snake with a puff of smoke emanating from its mouth is part of a surreal scene with a layered sandwich and a melting popsicle. Central to the piece is a circular portal with patterns, and within it, a vortex-like design suggesting a tunnel or path into an alternate dimension.
On the upper right-hand side, there's a section with a yin-yang symbol, a religious 'OM' symbol, and a cross, representing various spiritual or cultural symbols. Surrounding these are several pairs of acorns, a fish with human-like teeth, a pair of birds, and a depiction of a smiling sun. Shadows of human figures are depicted in different poses and actions throughout the illustration, such as falling, running, and jumping.
