The artwork is a black and white illustration rendered with intricate detail, featuring a surreal and fantastical scene. The central focus of the composition is two oversized, humanoid figures that dominate the foreground. On the left, there's a bald figure with expressive eyes and a somewhat resigned facial expression, looking upwards, and to its right, a muscular figure with aquatic features, like a creature from the sea, gesturing with its webbed hands.
Both figures are surrounded by a bizarre assortment of floating elements, including spheres patterned with checkered designs, striped objects, puzzle pieces, as well as other abstract shapes. The overall effect is disorienting, blending themes of cosmic and terrestrial origin. Rain-like lines streak across the scene, implying motion or perhaps gravity acting upon the objects and figures.
The backdrop features a stark, apocalyptic landscape: structures below are depicted in a state of ruin or collapse, further enhancing the chaotic and otherworldly atmosphere of the scene.
